To your advantage comfort to your business meeting and corporate event you should substract 1 or 2 from the above numbers.
How do I handle the gratuity for the chauffeur?
Standard gratuity is 20%, about what you would pay at a restaurant. Most companies don't dictate gratuity other than wedding and prom packages. You can either pay the driver cash or add the gratuity to your credit card after the trip is completed.
Does your limousine company charge for driving time to and from your place or does the time start when the driver arrives at the pickup location?
Time begins when our driver arrives at the pickup location and stops once all passengers have left our limousine.
Is there a minimum number of hours I have to rent a limousine for?
If you hire our limousine for pickup and drop off then there is no minimum number of hours. However , if you want our limousine to wait for you, a 2 hour minimum hire time is required.
